Job title: Security DevOps Engineer

• Deploy, manage and improve our internal container registry
• Build automations around detecting, patching and preventing security vulnerabilities in the whole cloud platform

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with developer and platform teams to design, build, and integrate GenAI solutions into engineering workflows (CI/CD, IDE extensions, test automation, documentation, code reviews, bug triage).
• Prototype and deploy GenAI-powered tools, APIs, and plugins to accelerate developer productivity.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases to support contextual developer assistance.
• Evaluate and productionize GenAI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, GitHub Copilot).
• Automate developer workflows using GenAI-assisted scripts, bots, and pipelines.

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive GenAI enablement across the engineering organization by leading a cross-functional community focused on experimentation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of Generative AI tools and practices.
• Identify and prioritize use cases that drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and developer experience.
• Define the roadmap for GenAI tools, integrations, and internal accelerators.
• Evaluate and pilot GenAI tools, models, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
