From May 6-8, 2025, we attended the ServiceNow Knowledge 2025 AI event at Las Vegas, USA. The event offered a unique perch as to how industry tech leaders and disruptors are rewiring their enterprises and shaping the future of work in the AI economy
The Movate team (Srijit Menon, Ankur Gupta, Prashant Agarwal, and Shashwat Shukla) was delighted to participate in this on-demand knowledge event and explore how AI agents transform the enterprise.
GenAI is reshaping how businesses function, promising to revolutionize workflows across industries. Agentic AI is at the heart of this shift, enabling platforms to build intelligent agents that deliver cross-functional, integrated outcomes.
“Trust” will be AI’s critical currency, highlighting the need for transparency and accountability to ensure sustainable adoption.
Here’s a roundup of takeaways we’ve gleaned during our participation.
AI-led workflows!
The “AI Control Tower,” a tool designed to orchestrate AI-driven enterprise workflows, was a key announcement as it enables proactive anomaly detection, smart decisions, and automation of mundane/repetitive tasks.
“The sessions showed the significant leap toward AI-native enterprise orchestration for enterprises pursuing scalable and resilient digital operations stood out,” remarked one of the participants.
Deep workflow integration
During our interactions, we’ve witnessed first-hand the thrust toward embedding AI deep within workflows! From end-to-end automation of service requests to optimizing HR operations, the goal is clear: eliminate silos and deliver unified outcomes through intelligent orchestration.
Movate’s AI-first service approach aligns closely with this direction. Leveraging orchestration tools opens doors to hyper-personalized, faster, and more predictive CX.
April El Nemotron 15B
One standout innovation was April El Nemotron 15B, ServiceNow’s proprietary, domain-specific LLM. Tailored for enterprise contexts, it is trained on workflows and business process data rather than generic web content.
From Movate’s perspective, such a model creates opportunities to develop industry-specific GenAI applications, tailored to customer environments and enterprise objectives. The team is already working on enterprise deployments, enhancing virtual agents, automating knowledge articles, and enabling engaging EX.
Hyperautomation & GenAI in action
Industry use cases featured prominently at the event and revealed how enterprises already realize ROI through hyperautomation plus GenAI. From financial services firms automating compliance checks to healthcare providers using virtual agents for triaging, the far-reaching impact of intelligent automation is tangible.
At Movate, GenAI-led support solutions mirror these trends by combining AI with human-in-the-loop to deliver superior CX outcomes. The event validated our belief that human-AI collaboration, not replacement, will define the next era of enterprise service delivery.
Unified platform & partner ecosystem
Another cornerstone of the event was the emphasis on a platform-led approach. Discussions highlighted how the platform’s modular architecture, embedded AI, and integrated governance enable enterprises to reduce technical debt and innovate faster.
The event showed a growing partner ecosystem, including ISVs and solution providers. With improved APIs, App Engine Studio upgrades, and curated solution blueprints, ServiceNow partners like Movate are well-poised to deliver differentiated services in this space.
Go beyond AI innovation
Beyond tech showcases and use cases—the forum offered powerful opportunities for networking, panel discussions, and community engagement! From innovation labs to CX roundtables, the event underpinned the element of “human connection” in digital transformation.
Collective wisdom underscores a simple truth: transformation is as much about culture and mindset as it is about platforms and code.
As the best of knowledge on-demand drew to a close, the writing on the wall is clear: the future is AI-driven, experience-centric, and platform-enabled. Thanks to ServiceNow for a stellar event.
