Job title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Terracampus
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, digital design or equivalent field
Education: High School Diploma or above

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design Digital Media Campaigns: Create digital media campaigns that align with our business goals, including landing pages and emails. Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva is a must.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Manager: Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to understand event topics, speakers, and objectives. Regular calls with the FMM to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate Digital Content Creation: Oversee the creation of digital content, such as websites, webinars, and emails.
  • Assist in Webinar Launches: Support in launching webinars and virtual web conferences. Handle behind-the-scenes tasks and provide post-event analysis.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams: Ensure brand consistency across all digital media. Collaborate with the sales team for coordination (no direct interaction with engineers).
  • Implement Direct Marketing Methods: Suggest and implement direct marketing strategies to increase profitability. Share ideas and recommendations.
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs: Utilize Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce (SFDC) to track and analyze the return on investment and key performance indicators.
  • Manage Swag Purchases: Work with venues to purchase promotional items. Utilize established vendors and manage logistics.
  • Stay Updated with Digital Media Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital media to implement innovative strategies.
  • Pay Attention to Details: Maintain a keen eye for grammar, image quality, and adherence to brand requirements.

Required Skills & Desired Skills:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, digital design or equivalent field
  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • Proven work stability

Technical skills:

  • Proven experience in digital media campaign design and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • HMTL/CSS knowledge nice to have
  • Javascript knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to varying workloads due to seasonality.
