VOIP Engineer (J_140)

Exp : 1 – 3 Years
Location : Chennai (Ambattur)
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for WindowsServers, Desktops, and Applications, resolving issues efficiently andeffectively.
· Troubleshoot Unified Communicationsystems, PBX, and VoIP technologies to address customer queries and concerns.
· Utilize knowledge of LDAP and ActiveDirectory to manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication processes.
· Collaborate with internationalclients/customers to understand and resolve technical issues, ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction.
· Update activities and interactions inthe CRM tool to maintain accurate records and track customer support progress.
· Adapt to working in shifts to provideround-the-clock support coverage.
· Communicate effectively with customersand team members to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Technical Skill:
· Should be skilled in handling WindowsServers, Desktops & Application troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of Unified Communication,PBX, VOIP is added value.
· LDAP, Active Directory knowledge
· MCSE/MCP certification preferable
· Need to have 2+ years’ experience intechnical support environment, handling international clients/customers onabove skills.
· Should be familiar in updatingactivities in CRM tool.
· Should be willing to work in shifts.
· Effective communication skills

· Bachelor of Science inComputer Science/Engineering or equivalent advanced industry certifications
