With a strong growth rate of 25%+ YoY, servicing disruptive brands in technology verticals, we are looking for a Business Process Consultant with strong experience in Support Industry especially Technology Support with a strong knowledge on ITIL v4, ITSM, SRE, CRM and its related processes.
Role Description:
- Business Process Consultant will lead & work designing, developing, and recommending solutions by conducting research and performing analysis. This role focuses on all the ITIL service management lifecycle stages and all its processes.
- You will be the recognized subject matter expert in one or more of the lifecycle stages or processes and related areas.
- You will be also seen as the lead interface with the client and or project team to ensure that Service Management recommendations are given and involved during RFP/RFI and proactive proposal stages.
- You will also undertake the ownership of Information Technology (IT) service and governance reviews and health checks, process establishments, service audit, benchmarking, trend analysis, compliance reviews and Service Improvement Programmes (SIP’s) with service strategy advice and service design solutions and best practices.
- You will work within the organization (i.e., existing customer) or external organization (prospects) to find areas where performance or processes can be improved and help them develop strategies to stay competitive in the business.
- You will need to meet with key stakeholders to set the goals of the organization, gathering and analyzing data and process mapping, and creating reports based on recommendations.
- You are required to be good with great interpersonal and communication skills, report writing abilities, an aptitude for analyzing data, and great business acumen.
- You need to be able to evaluate employee needs, internal workflows, and business processes based on all ITIL Processes
- You are required to monitor detailed business analyses and collaborate with business and IT leaders to create new process designs.
- You are required to interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.
- You will also document business process modelling activities for future reference.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Business/Technology with MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of experience, with strong Business Process Analysis experience in Support Industry especially ITIL and ITSM processes
- Should have ITIL certified; (Expert or Master desirable)
- Should be experience working in large RFPs and Pro-Active Proposals
- Should have experience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, FreshDesk etc.
