IT Manager (J_70)

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manage proper operation and ongoing management of the Command Center Operations 24 hours/day, seven days/week, Prioritize schedules, job/task priorities, Adhere to IT policies/procedures, incident management, status reports, and on-call duties.
  • Maintain Command Center Operations Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Comply with Incident Management and Severity 1 & 2 escalation procedures. Participate in incident management activities which include supporting and managing issues
  • Facilitate the accomplishment IT division staff goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, and initiate, coordinate, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies within their assigned areas.
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with the business unit stakeholders and other IT teams.
  • Customer service; ensure that all forms of communication (email, phone conversation etc) are all done in a courteous and professional manner; serve as an emergency information Center system for IT Stake holders and end Customers
  • Work on Ticketing System and ensure all incidents are assigned to the concerned vertical for completion of the request and follow up on the same.
