Movate-Driver (“Group10”, “Movate” the “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes.

  The type of information that the Movate may collect from you when you access or use its applications, and other online services (collectively referred to as services)

By accessing or using its services and or registering for an account with Movate. You agree to this policy and you are consenting to the Movate collection to use, disclose, retain, and protection of your personal information as described here. If you do not provide the information Movate requires, Movate may not be able to provide all of its services to you.

Your data controller is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable National Laws. Your data controller may transfer data to other members of the Movate as described in this Privacy Policy. Group10 will retain the information on its servers in India and may collect and store the data in the servers of its third parties having a contractual relationship with Group10.

This policy may change from time to time your continued use of the Movate after it makes any change is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US.

The information we collect on or through our services may include.

  • Your Account Information – Your full name, Email address, postal code, and other information you may provide with your account. Such as gender, mobile number, etc.  Your Preferences – Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language.
  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier;
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the app, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps; and
  • “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.   Account history information related to the activities associated with your account.
  • Feedback you provide to us such as customer survey feedback and product reviews you write. it through the mail.

  • Mobile Status – For Mobile application users, the online or offline status of your application.

We use the Personal Data we collect to provide our Services to you and make them more effective. We may also use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates.

We encourage you to review, update, and correct the personal information that we maintain about you, you are bound to update your information like mobile number, etc. once in six months, you may request that we delete personal information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or is being processed in a way that infringes any applicable legal requirement.

Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your personal information may be limited, and subject to the law of your jurisdiction:

  • If your requests are abusive or unreasonably excessive,

  • Do not give third parties access to your devices when you access the Platform.
  • Keep your login credentials, including access code and passwords for your computer or other devices, as well as your login credentials, confidential.
  • Permanently update your antivirus software when requested by your antivirus software provider; and

You agree that the security measures adopted by us are reasonable to protect your Personal Data. We disclaim any liability as a result of any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of your Personal Data.

We can only keep your Personal Data up-to-date and accurate to the extent you provide us with the necessary information. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your Personal Data.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

We maintain records of Personal Data and SPDI only till such time it is required for the Purposes or when you request us to delete the Personal Data or for as long as required by law

As a user of our Services, you understand and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the application, the information you post or access, and for your conduct on and off the application.

Indemnity:

You agree and undertake to indemnify us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure of information by you to third parties either through our app or otherwise and your use and access of applications and resources of third parties.

Severability:

Each clause of this Privacy Policy shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all and any other clauses herein, except where otherwise expressly indicated or indicated by the context of the Privacy Policy. The decision or declaration that one or more clauses are null and void shall have no effect on the remaining clauses of this Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages, or damages for any loss of profits, revenue or business, regardless of the nature of the claim, even if the Company has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India as applicable between residents of India without regard to any principles of conflict of laws any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.

Group10 Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to change this privacy statement as it may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the application, and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy statement on your first use of the application following the alterations.
