About Aaron Fender
Aaron Fender is the Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer for Movate’s digital CX business. He leads the global delivery for the company’s digital customer experience business unit. He is responsible for end-to-end technology-driven CX services across customer acquisition, support, retention, and complex digital engagement for clients.
Aaron has over 25 years of experience in the CX industry with a focus on BPO delivery. He has strong expertise in optimizing the operational structure to drive agile and innovative solutions in the CX arena, thus influencing the organization’s path to sustainable growth, profitability, client focus, and expansion.
Before Movate, he has played crucial roles in setting up multiple teams within Teleperformance and Toyota Financial Services. Most recently, as COO at ResultsCX, he was the operational lead in transforming the company from an outbound telemarketing company to an entire contact center operation growing revenue from $20M to $400M with 50+ clients. He was also a key contributor to the acquisition and integration of 4 companies and the company’s expansion into multiple new geo-locations.
