Job title : Backend Engineer (Junior)
Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Pune
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Build backend platform components including API services, workflow implementations, and enterprise integrations. Work within a structured team under senior technical guidance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop REST APIs and backend services per specification
• Implement workflow logic using durable workflow engines
• Build integrations with enterprise communication and monitoring tools
• Write unit and integration tests; maintain code coverage standards
• Participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years backend engineering experience
• REST API design and implementation
• Git-based workflows and PR practices
• Test-driven development fundamentals
• Node.js and/or Python
• PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database
• Basic Docker and containerization knowledge

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Kafka or message queuing systems
• Exposure to Kubernetes or cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Familiarity with ITSM or enterprise software domains
