Technical support Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

  •          Deliver high quality customer support via phone,email, chat and social media
  •        Assist customers in resolving technical issues
  •        Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolvingcustomer issues during the first contact
  •        Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
  •        Assist customers with RMA activities.
  •        Hindi speaking is Must.

Qualification:

·        Graduate

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.

  •          Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
  •          Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
  •          Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Networkrelated issues
  •       ExceptionalProbing Skills GoodComprehension, Listening and Communication skills
