Job title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Chennai Guindy

Key Responsibilities:

• Display Servant leadership and enable the Agile practices within the team through practice.
• Solid experience in Sprint activities, identifying priorities and dependencies.
• Effectively managing the product backlog using JIRA.
• Arrange and optimize product backlog.
• Help communicate the owner’s wish list to the project team.
• Organize scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time with right quality as per IFF standard practice and guideline.
• Risk identification and mitigation.
• Track and control the schedule, resources, and costs.
• Coach Teams in Best Practices to achieve common project goals.
• Ability to drive 2 or more Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum Collaborations and co-ordinate with the project stake holders.
• Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
• Collaborate with other scrum master’s to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
• Support Safe principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.
• Helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Able to collaborate and work closely with Cloud/Infrastructure team and handle the change requests/deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Total Enterprise experience 10+ Years.
• 5+ Years in collaborative project delivery who comes with technical background and handling projects in agile mode of delivery.
• Have the capability to understand web and mobile development languages like AWS Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, .Net, HTML5/CSS, SAP etc. and able to work with them to meet the business requirements.
• Ability to handle team dynamics.
• Sound knowledge in Safe Agile practice.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should possess fundamental knowledge on cloud platforms.
• Prototyping Mindset in terms of Design thinking/Design Sprint approach with team.
• Preferred “SSM or SASM or SA” in Safe practice
• PMI Certification (Good to have)

Job title: Application Architect
Location: Chennai Guindy
Experience: 15-20 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business problems and work on developing Proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the technology capabilities with pros and cons of identified options.
• Architect, Design, Develop & Implement frameworks and application Software Components using Enterprise/Open-Source technologies.
• Design & Implement Application Architecture concepts and best practices (Tiers, Partitioning, Modularity) Architecture NFRs, Availability (HA/DR), Performance (Capacity, Resource Utilization, Responsiveness), Information Security (Authentication, Authorization, Encryption) State of the art Integration Patterns, including SOA, API, Micro-Services, including integration with COTS solutions, Mobile, etc.
• Analyze & Identify Business Capabilities and develop new business capabilities
• Troubleshoot pre and post-production functional and non-functional issues
• Understand the complexity of current systems, identify system interfaces, and Capture NFR’s
• Capability to learn new technologies quickly, stay up to date on the latest industry, technology trends and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 15+ Years IT Experience with 6+ Years’ experience in developing and architecting web applications with heavy usage of JavaScript.
• Extensive industry experience with web applications based on SOA principles.
• Strong understanding of UI frameworks/languages such as Angular, NodeJS, Express JS, ReactJS, jQuery, CSS, and HTML5
• Experience with responsive UI design and development
• Expert in JavaScript/ES6, building Responsive, high performing, heavy-traffic web application using JS Frameworks (Angular, React, Ember, etc.) and third part libraries
• Experience with unit-test driven approach to development, expert knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Grunt), and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment with Jenkins
• Experience building applications using Adaptive/Responsive Design Principles and leveraging various applications layers to enhance performance
• Expert in Frontend, Middleware design, development & implementation with experience in Angular, Node Express JS, and related technologies.
• Experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, AWS application services, AWS Database services, Containers, Microservices
• Experience in designing Micro services reference Architecture, Design, Implementation.
• Experience in BRMS, BPMN, Integrations
• Cloud native solutions, DevOps, Containers, CI/CD, Code Quality, Micro-Services and API architectures, Cloud, Mobile, Analytics
• Experience in NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Python, R will be Nice-to-have. • Experience in Linux is a plus
• Experience in Data Modeling, Master Data Management will be Nice-to-have.
