
Forrester mentioned Movate in its Trends Report, “The State of AI-Powered BPO Services,” published on October 20, 2025.
According to the report’s summary, BPO service providers have relied on the human workforce to manage non-critical business and IT capabilities, such as customer support, data entry, payroll, and IT operations. Although conventional outsourcing engagements lower costs, they often fall short in meeting or surpassing the growing demands for agility, innovation, and enhanced customer experiences.
Forrester notes that BPO providers are starting to offer AI-powered services to remain competitive, establish differentiation, and deliver enhanced value in a competitive market.
As one of the companies in the report, Movate was mentioned among BPO providers who are building and acquiring AI platforms and tools. Providers listed in Figure 3 of the report included Movate Edison (AI-powered predictive routing platform) and its modular GenAI platform for CX and BPO transformation.
