With great delight we break the news that Movate stood out as a double honoree at the Chennai chapter of the iNFHRA Corporate Excellence Conference and Award ceremony held on the 20th September 2024. Movate bagged two awards:
- The iNFHRA Golden Award for “Excellence in Workplace Security,” for its commitment toward creating a secure, efficient, and innovative Workplace and
- The iNFHRA “Excellence in ESG” recognition award for commitment towards corporate ESG initiatives.
This is the “first edition” of the event that witnessed three panel discussions, a sponsor presentation, and a networking session after the keynote address. Topics such as urban mobility, AI & your workplace, workplace design for employee engagement and wrapped up with the awards distribution and closing note of address to the audience. The event saw participants from admin and HR functions from the pharma, IT/ITES, automotive and other industries (Concentrix, Wipro, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield to name a few of the companies).

Royston M J, VP & Head of Facilities at Movate, was part of one of the panel discussions: “Green Behaviors: Workplace Sustainability.” Panelists from various organizations explored various aspects of promoting sustainable practices within the workplace, highlighting the significance of this topic and its function in nurturing an environmentally friendly workspace.
