About Arvind J
Arvind J (AJ) is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Movate. In this role, he leads the company’s global people and culture agenda, designing strategies that drive high performance, organizational agility, and employee engagement at scale. Based in Bengaluru, India, AJ works closely with the leadership team to strengthen talent ecosystems, accelerate transformation, and build a future-ready workforce aligned with Movate’s AI-first growth vision.
AJ is a seasoned and strategic HR leader with extensive global experience across publicly traded and private equity backed professional services organizations. He has successfully established and scaled HR and recruitment operations across India, APAC, the Middle East, and the Americas, driving workforce capability and leadership excellence across cultures and markets.
He is recognized for guiding executive teams through complex business transformations including mergers and acquisitions, organizational redesign, and digital workforce transitions. His expertise includes employee experience and digitization, leadership development, talent strategy, compensation, global mobility, and diversity equity inclusion and belonging.
Before joining Movate, AJ served as the Global CHRO at Mastek, aligning people strategy with the company’s global growth ambitions. He has also held senior HR leadership roles at DMI, CMS IT Services, Cisco Systems, Wipro Technologies, and Ramco Systems where he played a central role in building inclusive cultures and enabling business transformation through talent. AJ believes that HR is a strategic value driver and is passionate about cultivating empowered, diverse, and adaptive teams that deliver sustainable business outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new destinations, hiking, badminton, and spending quality time with family and friends.
