We continued to co-innovate with existing customers such as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where we established a center of excellence to accelerate AI-powered transformation for their customers worldwide.

Beyond strategy and execution, 2025 was also about nurturing an innovation-first mindset by reimagining what’s possible and turning ideas into impact; from Movate AI Experience Day, where ideas sparked innovation for our customers, to SC(AI)LE Tank, our bold arena where ideas evolved into AI-powered solutions, innovation remained central to everything we did.
Customer-First Approach
Our customer-first, AI-driven approach attracted new customers across industries, including a large appliance insurance provider, a top gaming company, a leading US-based logistics and transportation provider, a global cloud CRM leader, a major food and beverage company, a rapidly growing US healthcare provider, a global telecom infrastructure company, and an emerging AI-generated video creation platform, among others.
Expansion: New Facilities
We built an ecosystem where creativity fuels measurable impact. As our ideas scaled, so did our global footprint.
We celebrated 12 years in Costa Rica with the launch of a state-of-the-art new facility and expanded our presence in the Philippines with an additional floor at McKinley Tower, reinforcing our commitment to global growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
Strategic Acquisitions
Movate acquired Prescience, a leader in data science, advanced analytics, and AI, unlocking new possibilities for intelligent enterprise transformation.
This momentum continued with the acquisition of Solomo, a leading Salesforce and data and AI consulting firm with deep healthcare expertise, further strengthening Movate’s domain-led transformation capabilities. Along the way, we also forged several new strategic partnerships.

The industry took notice. With 75+ analyst mentions and 14 leadership recognitions, global firms such as NelsonHall, HFS, ISG, and Everest Group reaffirmed Movate’s growing impact.
We garnered leadership positions across next-generation growth frontiers, reshaping how enterprises operate and deliver value. This impact translated into meaningful recognition.
