Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement programs that enhance organizational culture and experience.
- Develop and execute wellness activities, including sourcing providers, managing budgets, and bringing innovative ideas that improve workplace climate and operational performance.
- Conduct 1:1 check-ins with employees as needed, and promote initiatives to improve communication, recognition, and well-being.
- Measure and report on the impact of wellness and engagement initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of engagement programs, events, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with HR leaders to promote a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous feedback. conversations in the call center database.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
- English Language with B2/B2+.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee engagement.
