Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests for new and existing features
Create and maintain test plans and test cases
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects
Identify areas of potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained
Analyse and report on test results to help inform development decisions
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Work closely with the development team to ensure testing is integrated into the development lifecycle

Required Skills:

Candidate must be ready to work from client location (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
Relevant experience in Automation must be 5 + Years, in Manual testing 2+ Years.
Skills must have Java, Cucumber/Mocha, Python, Selenium.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or similar
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in test plan creation and developing test cases from the requirements and test reports creation
Experience in test estimation activities
Experience with testing web applications and APIs
Experience in web responsive designs and testing mobile sites
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience in NFR testing like accessibility, analytics, performance, load testing etc.
Exposure in testing database using queries in Mongo/SQL
Experience with test automation frameworks like Cucumber/Mocha
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Able to integrate the test suite using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.
Exposure to tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
