Front End Developer (J_54)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests for new and existing features
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software defects
  • Identify areas of potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the highest levels of quality are     maintained
  • Analyse and report on test results to help inform development decisions
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure testing is integrated into the development lifecycle

Required Skills:

  • Candidate must be ready to work from client location (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
  • Relevant experience in Automation must be 5 + Years, in Manual testing 2+ Years.
  • Skills must have Java, Cucumber/Mocha, Python, Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in test plan creation and developing test cases from the requirements       and test reports creation
  • Experience in test estimation activities
  • Experience with testing web applications and APIs
  • Experience in web responsive designs and testing mobile sites
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in NFR testing like accessibility, analytics, performance, load testing etc.
  • Exposure in testing database using queries in Mongo/SQL
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Cucumber/Mocha
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Able to integrate the test suite using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.
  • Exposure to tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
