Josh Ashby is the Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer at Movate. He leads delivery strategy and execution across regions, driving operational excellence, scalability, and innovation in every client engagement. Based in Austin, Texas, Josh works closely with Movate’s leadership team to create value for our clients worldwide.
Josh brings a wealth of global leadership experience across customer experience, trust and safety, and business process management industry. Before joining Movate, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at Atento and held senior leadership roles at Teleperformance and ResultsCX. Over the years, he has led large-scale operations across the globe in 18 different countries, building operational frameworks that continue to power success across global enterprises.
He is recognized for his expertise in transformation, strategy, and people leadership. Driving sustainable business growth through process innovation and customer-centricity. His experience spans delivery excellence, client engagement, automation, and digital enablement, with a focus on maximizing business outcomes and employee empowerment.
An alumnus of the University of Utah with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Josh combines his strategic vision with an action-oriented leadership approach. He is passionate about continuous improvement and collaboration, fostering a high-performance culture built on mentorship, trust, and accountability.
Outside of work, he is an avid adventurer who enjoys skiing, downhill mountain biking, surfing, golf, and exploring new cuisines.
