Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination and communication across the organization
- Define and document business requirements that support Engineering in system development and design.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, on-time delivery, and effective risk mitigation. This requires the ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts, shift between diverse topics, and adjust to evolving priorities.
- Compile and communicate project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive collaboration across teams, fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage critical administrative functions essential to the efficiency of the Engineering organization.
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience successfully defining, managing, and leading projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks—enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of operationalizing best practices and delivering measurable improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
