Gagandeep Madan is the EVP and Chief Commercial Officer – Telecom, Media & Technology at Movate. Based in Dublin, California, he leads the commercial charter for the TMT vertical, focusing on scaling enterprise relationships, strengthening go to market partnerships, and enabling AI first growth for global clients.

With over 25 years of experience across Technology, Media, and Telecom, along with exposure to Life Sciences and Retail, Gagan has built and scaled large, multi-region business portfolios and incubated new industry offerings that delivered sustained growth. His career includes senior leadership roles at organizations such as Thoughtworks, Accenture, and Verifaya, where he played a central role in shaping commercial strategy, expanding industry footprints, and strengthening ecosystem partnerships.

Gagan’s leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, inclusion, and collaboration. He is passionate about building high performing teams, acting as a culture carrier across the enterprise, and helping clients adopt trusted platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes. At Movate, his focus is on strengthening the TMT vertical, empowering leaders, and driving sustained commercial growth.

He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Exeter in the UK and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University. Beyond work, Gagan enjoys lawn tennis, trekking, cooking Italian and select Indian cuisines, and spending time with his dogs. An adventurer at heart, he also participated in the Himalayan Car Rally earlier in his career.
