What is the ASHP Committee?
The ASHP Committee at Movate is an internal body established in compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (POSH) Act, 2013. Its primary objective is to provide a platform for employees to raise concerns regarding any incidents or issues related to sexual harassment and ensure a fair, transparent, and confidential process for addressing such complaints.
- Creating Awareness: The ASHP Committee works diligently to raise awareness about sexual harassment and educate employees about their rights and responsibilities in maintaining a harassment-free workplace.
- Preventing Harassment: We strive to create a safe and respectful environment, free from any form of harassment. Through proactive measures, we aim to prevent incidents of harassment before they occur.
- Complaints Redressal: We are responsible for receiving and investigating complaints related to sexual harassment, ensuring a safe and unbiased investigation process, and taking appropriate action based on the findings.
- Confidentiality: The ASHP Committee maintains strict confidentiality throughout the complaint-handling process to safeguard the privacy of all parties involved.
- Employee Support: We provide support and guidance to complainants and respondents throughout the complaint resolution process, ensuring their rights are protected.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:
